Practical information

1) Reservations

You can make reservations via this website.

Your booking is only final after payment of the advance: 40% of the rental price (within 4 days after agreement) and after receipt of the signed contract. (see pdf “General Rental Conditions”)

The deposit is 250 euros and must be paid at latest 30 days before arrival, together with the remaining rental amount (60% of the rental price) and the cleaning costs.

We charge 90 euros for the final cleaning after your departure (compulsory payment!). We recently started working with the cleaning company Jolyn Cleaning. They guarantee perfect cleaning and disinfection of our entire apartment. All this to ensure you a pleasant and carefree holiday!

The tenants receive a confirmation of reservation.

3) ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Arrival and departure times are confirmed in writing. In principle, the commissioning is as follows:

  • Weekend : Friday 4 pm to Monday 10 am
  • Midweek : Monday 4 pm to Friday 10 am
  • Week : Friday 4 pm to Friday 10 am

The practical access modalities will be communicated by e-mail and in time. Early arrival or longer stays must always be reported in connection with the activation of the burglar alarm.

4) number of guests

It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of guests (6), unless otherwise agreed; this is primarily for your own safety and you will inevitably lose comfort.

5) Pets

Pets are NOT allowed in the rented apartment.

6) SMOKING - FIRE

It is NOT allowed to smoke in the rented apartment. Also making an open flame, such as candles, is absolutely prohibited for your own safety!!

If smoking on the terrace, please do not leave cigarette butts behind, but put them out together with the residual waste.

7) BED BATH AND KITCHEN LINEN

The beds have mattress protectors, duvets and pillows available.

The tenant must bring a fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase, as well as bath and kitchen linen, toilet paper and dishwasher products.

8) ENERGY COSTS

The rental prices include energy supplies (water, electricity, heating).

However, if it is established after the rental period that the energy consumption is abnormally high for the number of people and the rental period, part of the deposit can be deducted after consultation with the tenant.

9) CLEANING

The tenant must leave the apartment (including furniture, equipment, etc.) clean and tidy at the end of the rental period; vacuum everything and take out the trash. The dishwasher must be emptied before departure and all appliances such as fridge, microwave, stove and coffee maker must be clean.

The rental prices do not include cleaning costs. If after the rental period it is established that the apartment was left in an abnormally dirty state, taking into account the number of guests and the rental period, part of the deposit can be retained, after consultation with the tenant, to cover additional cleaning costs .

10) WASTE

The household waste and the glass waste must be taken to the designated place.

11) KEY

The apartment must always be closed properly. On departure (at the end of the rental period), the key must be put back in the designated place. (see mail exchange)

12) DEPOSIT/ DAMAGE

It can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would appreciate it if you report any damage, large or small. The deposit will then be used to reimburse the repair costs, working hours and / or re-purchase. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after the end of the rental period.
